Refurbishing a room or a house means plumbers, electricians, plasterers, tilers and joiners all turning up in the right order. Gareth can manage the whole project and coordinate the trades, so you deal with one person instead of several.
How a project runs
It starts with a visit to see the property and talk through what you want. Gareth then puts together a quote covering the work and the order it will happen in. Plumbing and heating usually go in early, while walls and floors are open, which is the cheapest time to move pipes, add radiators or change where the boiler sits.
Typical projects
Most refurbishments involve a kitchen, a bathroom or both, often with heating changes alongside. Handover comes once everything is connected, tested and working.
