Gareth fits bathrooms across Caterham and the nearby towns, from swapping a toilet or basin to stripping out a tired bathroom and starting again. For a full refit he can coordinate the other trades the room needs, such as tiling, plastering and electrics, so the job runs in the right order.
Planning the room
The layout decides a lot. Keeping the toilet, bath and basin where they are is usually simplest, because the waste pipes already run there. Moving them is possible but depends on the route the waste can take and the fall it needs. Water pressure matters too, especially if you want a stronger shower.
How a refit runs
The old suite comes out, new pipework and waste go in while the walls and floor are open, then tiling and finishing follow before the new fittings are connected and tested. Gareth will tell you how long you will be without the bathroom before work starts.
